In the article, tendencies of alcohol abuse among various groups of the population: children, adolescents, persons of able-bodied ages are assessed using as the basis the analysis of opinions of three groups of experts: doctors-narcologists, district policemen, and forensic medical experts. Prevalence of deviant consequences of alcohol abuse and development of somatic pathology are analyzed. With assessing the tendencies and consequences, the "beer" and "vodka" alcohol abuse are marked.
