Summary. This is a brief systematic review of
the foreign and domestic literature to evaluate economic loss due
burning injuries of the population. Medical economic assessment of costs
linked to quality of inpatient care for burning injury was performed.
Combined evaluation of the rates of mortality, hospital lethality, and
disability when associated with burning injury was fulfilled. Economic
burden resulting from expenses of delivered inpatient care for trauma
linked to its quality and accessibility was evaluated.
Measures outlined by appropriate programs for developing certain
organizational trends of inpatient for burning injuries and wide
introduction of modern medical technologies of early surgical
interventions and plastic closure of the burn wounds were analyzed. The

prognostic evaluation of its intrinsic severity and outcomes. Thus,
evaluation of costs of the public health to deliver effect-oriented
inpatient care for burning injuries – effectively treated patients.

thermal burns requires extensive funding and appropriate organizational
possibilities and resources with more wide engagement of certain state
budget items.
The very optimization of burn centers and relevant burn departments
of municipal hospitals necessitated such an approach as creation of
national register of burn cases, as well as introduction of quality
assessment based on the use of medical standards and task indicators.
