Mother and child health is a priority direction in the development of the modern Russian healthcare. The conceptual framework for this direction includes early detection and prevention of reproductive loss and disorders; health promotion in pregnancy; improvement of prenatal training; optimization of organizational forms and improvement of quality of obstetric and gynecological care in maternity hospitals. Improvement of obstetric care should address issues related to increasing efficiency of existing preventive care to pregnant women; increasing medical and social activity of pregnant women (especially young women of reproductive age); optimizing their lifestyle; ensuring availability and quality of clinical and diagnostic services; and reducing exposure to risk factors affecting female reproductive health. In recent years much attention is being paid to extragenital pathology caused by undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. Currently, the system of perceptions about needs of pregnant women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia is yet to be formed regarding the necessary types of medical and social care, treatment and diagnostic services during pregnancy and childbirth. The study purpose: to develop substantiated complex of measures on improving quality and efficiency of prenatal training of women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. Results. The study showed that women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia should be attributed to the high risk group for reproductive disorders causing complications in pregnancy (threatening miscarriage, gestational toxicosis, placental insufficiency) and operative delivery (both urgent Cesarean Section and general operative delivery). Administration of magnesium therapy with monitoring of oxyproline and magnesium levels in blood serum ensures accessibility, quality and efficiency of medical and preventive measures for women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, improving effectiveness of prenatal training and quality of life of pregnant women. Conclusions. 1. The authors developed a program of mathematical prediction of variants of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia to determine order and volumes of medical and social care as well as organization of pregnancy and delivery management in each individual case. 2. The study results allow to allocate groups of socio-hygienic, psychosomatic and obstetric risk, to determine priority directions in protecting female reproductive health and optimizing diagnostic and treatment, socio-legal and psychological correction services in maternity hospitals. Keywords: pregnancy; delivery; organization of medical care, complex of medical and organizational measures. References
