Владимир Андреевич Оппель (11 (23) декабря 1872, Санкт-Петербург, Российская империя — 7 октября 1932, Ленинград, СССР) — российский хирург, доктор медицинских наук (1899), профессор (1908), действительный статский советник, председатель XX-го Всесоюзного съезда хирургов (1928), основатель хирургической научной школы, один из основоположников сосудистой, эндокринной, военно-полевой хирургии в Союзе ССР.
