Abstract. Significance. The article is focused on assessing rehabilitation potential of stroke survivals. Conclusions. The study suggests options for interpreting components of rehabilitation potential with due regard to medical, psychological, social and family and community status of the patient. Depending on prediction and identification of individual components of the rehabilitation potential it is divided into the following three degrees: high, average and low potential of rehabilitation. Scope of application. Analysis of rehabilitation potential of stroke survivors can provide for explicating the study findings throughout healthcare including different diseases as well as encourage assignment of specialists knowledgeable in occupational therapy to the multi-disciplinary team. Keywords: cerebral stroke; re-socialization; rehabilitation potential; aspect of rehabilitation; occupational therapy. References
